Posting Consistently Without Burning Out
Consistency is a system problem, not a willpower problem.
People who post consistently are rarely more disciplined. They just decided fewer things in advance. Content pillars, a repeatable format set and a batching day remove most of the daily decisions.
Pick three to four themes you can speak to indefinitely. Build a small set of templates for each. Then batch production once a week rather than starting from a blank page daily.
Consistency compounds slowly and quietly. Give any system at least eight weeks before judging it.
